Pricing and Availability: Book prices and stock levels can change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit order quantities under such rare circumstances

Order Acceptance and Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookstore order (e.g., if a book was accidentally listed with an incorrect price or out-of-stock status).

Shipping and Delivery: When we receive an order, it is usually processed the same day. Since books are usually print-on-demand, the order is given to a printing company for them to print and ship. Books are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks. Hardbound books may take an additional 1-2 weeks. The printed will have tracking information. If you order is taking longer than usual, feel free to contact us and we will check on the order and obtain tracking information to send you. There is a risk of loss once books are handed to the carrier.

No Refunds or Returns. If a book has been damaged at the printer’s or during delivery, please let us know and we will resolve the issue.

User Accounts & Community Clauses

Account Security: All users of the Via Media website should maintain accurate information about their orders and keep their passwords confidential.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to ban users who attempt fraudulent chargebacks or violate the terms of purchase.

 

Legal Protections

Intellectual Property: The Via Media bookstore's logo, website design, and unique book descriptions and textual content is under Copyright.

Limitation of Liability: We cannot be held responsible for website downtime during updating or technical glitches, or for any typographical errors in book summaries and website text.

Governing Law: As a company based in New Mexico, Via Media Publishing is under the laws of this state regarding all business transactions.
